Program Structure

Live 3-hour Zoom sessions will be held on the 1st Thursday of every month (unless informed otherwise).

Recordings of each session will be shared with participants, along with reflective tools to practice during the month.

A private WhatsApp group will be created for all participants. This will be used for updates and includes a bonus weekly task related to the monthly topic.

Ongoing Enrollment
This is a continuous learning program. You can join at any time—whichever month you begin will be considered your Month 1. Each month covers a new topic, and the program runs in a 12-month cycle.
