5. I've already tried therapy sessions. How is The Matrix Psychodrama Workshop different?
That's great! Therapy lays a strong foundation. The Matrix Workshop builds on it by being more action-oriented. Traditional therapy focuses on talk therapy, while psychodrama uses movement, role-playing, and storytelling. This engages your body and mind, helping you uncover hidden patterns and limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. By "acting out" situations, you can release emotional baggage and access new perspectives you might not have reached through talk therapy alone.
Think of it as a way to bring your inner world to life and experience breakthroughs in a whole new way.

6. I've tried everything to overcome a block in my relationship/ career etc but nothing seems to work. Can The Matrix workshop help me break through by bringing my inner world to the surface?
In that case if you are feeling blocked in an area, where you have tried many different ways of working around the issue and not found an exit, Matrix would help in challenging your inner world through external representation.
If you feel "i don’t know what to do abt this" wether relationship, health, personality, self love or any other area, it could be taken up during the session. As you experience the same ... the experience of it would help you gain awareness and new choices. This practical experience is gold, and this you could take forward in your work as well, if you choose to.

7. What's the investment for The Matrix Workshop?
